CHEMOURS 958G
Solvent Based PTFE coatings, specially formulated to provide a tough, durable film for dry lubrication, with excellent salt spray resistance. In addition, 958-313 has exceptionally good abrasion resistance. The color will change at the higher bakes to a brown cast, but performance will not be affected.

Molybdenum Dilsulfied Powder
Natural molybdenite, purified by flotation and/or other techniques to 98+ percent is used as a solid lubricant by itself, as an additive to conventional fluid lubricants, and in bonded lubricant coatings. The excellent lubricating properties of MoS2 are intrinsic to its unique crystal structure and electron configuration. In contrast, graphite, while possessing a layered crystal structure, depends on the presence of condensable vapors (water, hydrocarbons, etc.) to promote easy cleavage and low friction.

McLube MoS2-827L is a blend of superior, solid lubricant components dispersed in a solvent mixture. When applied to a surface, evaporation of the solvent yields a bonded, dry film coating that has a low coefficient of friction, antiwear and high load carrying properties. In addition, the coating protects against environmental attack, which can lead to corrosion and rusting.

Emralon 333 is a blend of fluorocarbon lubricants in an organic resin binder and solvent system designed for applications beyond the scope of conventional fluorocarbon coatings. Its low coefficient of friction, hardness, adhesion, resiliency, and cure conditions allow application of Emralon 333 in a multitude of places where pure sintered PTFE coatings are unsuitable.
